We believe in providing an unforgettable and special sleepover experience for children. Every day should be celebrated, and we are so happy to provide our sleepovers to you!

 

We are located in Santa Rosa, California. We plan parties anywhere in Sonoma County.

Cleaning Protocols

We take our cleaning protocols very seriously. All materials are disinfected and/or washed beween each party. Items that can be laundered will be washed thoroughly. Those items that cannot be laundered will be disinfected by hand. 

If there is something else we can do to make you more comfortable, please do not hesitate to let us know.

Book your party!

Pick a theme, or let us help you plan a custom theme. Choose from different packages depending on your budget. Once we have received your booking form, we will send you a quote detailing everything you will be receiving in your party package.

Party day!

We will arrive in the morning to set your party up. We ask that you have the room cleared of furniture and any pets or small children out for the room for safety purposes. We will set up your beautiful party and leave you to enjoy the event!

Day after!

The day after your event, we will again return and take everything down. We will return your homes exactly as we found them. We'd love to see any pictures or videos of your event on social media. Please tag us!

Frequently Asked Questions

How far in advance should I book a party?

You can book anytime. We prefer if you book at least 2 weeks in advance (and more for a custom theme).

How do I prepare for you to come set up?

I ask for you to have the space where you would like the items to be cleared out so I can set up quickly. Please remove all furniture or items that would be in the way. 

 

Where will you deliver to?

We will do parties anywhere in Sonoma County. 

Can I add a child to my party last minute?

I ask for a final head count 2 weeks prior to your party. If a child gets added last minute, there is always the chance that I won't have all the materials for their tent. I will do my best, but please know that it may not be possible.

Can you set these tents up outside?

No, these tents are meant for indoor use only. This is to prevent any critter damage or excess damage from happening.

How much room do the tents take up?

Please make sure that you have enough room for the tents you are renting. The tents (with air mattresses) measure 3 feet wide x 6 feet high x 7 feet long. The tents can be set up in a variety of ways, but there will need to be enough space. If you plan to have the tents face each other, then please make sure there will be enough room for a walkway between them.

Do I get to keep anything when the party is over?

The tents are just for rent, so we will take everything back the next morning. You will get to keep the balloon garland, personalized t-shirts, personalized robes and the hanging name tags.

How do I secure my date for a party?

Your party date will be secured once you pay the non-refundable retainer. The retainer for parties of 4 or less is $150. The retainer for parties of 5 or more is $200. The balance of your party will be due 2 weeks before the event. If you cancel within 2 weeks of the event, there will be no refund given.

What happens if there is damage to the tent or items during the sleepover?

Damage is bound to happen sometimes, so we charge a $100 security deposit in addition to your party price. If there is no damage, your deposit will be returned in full within 3 business days after your event. This is what we charge for damaged items:
